Postcard Imaging Privacy Policy

Postcard Imaging is functioning as a Web Service for clients with both free and paid accounts. Postcard Imaging requires all clients using its service to agree to and abide by the following common-sense rules:

1. No pornography or images advocating violence or hate against a racial or religious group.
If violated your account will be shut down without any further notice. If you have a paid account, your monthly service charge will be forfeited.
We will also do everything possible to publish your site as a blacklisted site, so please refrain from violating this agreement.

2. You may not spam your users.
PCI postcards (in the free account) are provided with a link for the sender or the recipient to contact us if they encounter problems. Postcards using the paid account will also have a link back to PCI for accepting complaints.
